Has to be the worst customer service I have ever had in many, many years anywhere in the world. I went in to open a bank account being refereed by many of their customers and friends of mine from Lourmarin. I met with Madame Matin who told me to bring in the necessary documents I would need. I presented a dossier to her with everything she asked for. Shortly after that I received an email asking for more documents that I dutifully supplied her with. Then received a letter saying they could not open an account. I asked for specific details why my application was denied and she has totally ignored all my requests as well as the requests of an agency I am working with in France for resettlement. I am amazed anyone works with this bank at all when they treat new potential clients in this matter terrible service....
